There being no objection, it was so ordered. Amendment No. 2 was offered by Representative Rokeberg: Page 9, line 7, following "equivalent form": Insert ", or by electronic mail transmission over the Internet in a form approved by the agency" Representative Rokeberg moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 2 be adopted. Representative Brice objected and withdrew the objection. There being no further objection, Amendment No. 2 was adopted. Representative Kubina placed a call of the House. Representative Barnes moved and asked unanimous consent that she be allowed to abstain from voting due to a conflict of interest. Objection was heard, and Representative Barnes was required to vote. Representative Kubina lifted the call. The question being: "Shall CSHB 344(FIN) am pass the House?" The roll was taken with the following result: CSHB 344(FIN) am Third Reading Final Passage YEAS: 25 NAYS: 15 EXCUSED: 0 ABSENT: 0 Yeas: Austerman, Berkowitz, Brice, Bunde, Croft, Davies, Davis, Dyson, Elton, Foster, Green, Grussendorf, Hanley, Hudson, Ivan, Joule, Kookesh, Kubina, Martin, Moses, Mulder, Nicholia, Phillips, Porter, Williams 1998-05-07 House Journal Page 3615 HB 344 Nays: Barnes, Cowdery, Hodgins, James, Kelly, Kemplen, Kohring, Kott, Masek, Ogan, Rokeberg, Ryan, Sanders, Therriault, Vezey Austerman changed from "Nay" to "Yea". And so, CSHB 344(FIN) am passed the House. Representative Porter moved the effective date clause. The question being: "Shall the effective date clause be adopted?"
